[MCL-5828] the game not starts, reinstall or repair not working

i reinstalled java and the launcher
nothing works

i removed minecraft from registry - not working
i removed .minecraft from roaming - not working
i have 64bit operation system, windows 10 (not actived, windows key not working), 64bit java, other launchers working (multiMC, sister's warez,...) - old design not worked too.
