I've seen a few posts here with similar issues, but most seem to be on OSX and I have yet to find the solution. As well, I've searched up the exit code and have had no luck.
It seems my situation is slightly more unique. Recently the only thing that has changed about my computer is the hardware. I've uninstalled Minecraft COMPLETELY, and I've uninstalled Java numerous times as well I've made sure that only one version is installed.
The game seems to start up as normal, the console pops up, and then two things that pop-out immediately as note worthy:
Version does not support log configuration, will assume one plaintext entry per line
Which seems it's just an older version of Minecraft, no big deal.
The only other thing that it says that I can see as a sign of an issue is:
Process closed with exit code -1073740791
I've been trying to see if I can figure it out on my own for a while, but I'm not finding any answers, send help. Ha ha.

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MC-112780.
The newest NVIDIA driver is faulty, causing Minecraft to crash. The driver in question is version 378.49.
Download the latest driver version 378.66 from GeForce's website.
