[MCL-6615] My minecraft launcher opens but i can't see or use the window.

My minecraft launcher opens but I can't see or use the window.

What I expected to happen was the minecraft launcher would open with no problems

What actually happened was...:
My minecraft launcher registered to be open on my taskbar and my task manager but the window was invisible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double clicked on the minecraft icon
2. Registered that it was opened
3. Window was inivsible

Change your resolution then restart the computer. Then change back to the default resolution. Next use the minecraft setup wizard and hit repair. You can get in on minecraft.net. Last thing you have to do is restart one more time.
To change your resolution press windows and r at the same time and type resolution.

I am having this same issue but on windows 10. Anyone know what to do?

I fixed it by hovering over the icon, then hovered over the little window over the taskbar, then right clicking on the windon, and press maximise.
