I can't launch my game every time I click play it crashes and says an unexpected issue has occured and the game has crashed We're sorry for the inconvience. PLZ HELP.

I just bought this game for my Windows today, and I was looking forward to playing it, but it was giving me this same issue... I kinda want my money back...
Just bought a computer specifically for this game. Downloaded the demo to verify that it worked, and got this same issue, huge disappointment.
Hello, this is most likely because your pixel format not accelerated. Try updating your graphics driver to the last update also search the pixel format not accelerated on youtube. Also check the crash report and post it on here so I can get you further help. Reply back if this helped good luck!
Same problem (Nvidia driver updated and still crashing)
EDIT: Increased max ram to 3GB and minimum to 512mb and worked

This is known to be a problem with your computer.
– Update your graphics card drivers. (Do not rely on automatic updates)
– If you are using Java arguments to increase the amount of memory, please reduce it to the default 512MB.
