Says (not responding) then crashes saying "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. Were sorry for the inconvenience" It keeps doing this and I cant play

I am having the same issue. I've tried to repair my mine craft files and launcher and I am still getting this message, "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. Were sorry for the inconvenience"
