i dont know if anyone knows what the problem is but if u do please tell me because ive been trying to resolve this for over a month now and im sick and tired of trying and failing so someone please help

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.11.2 or the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
