When command block tells to clear a certain item, and when you drag a item from your inventory, it deletes it.

When dragging item while redstone clock is activating a command block with the command: clear @p 397 4, it stops you from dragging items from
inventory

To simply drag the item

It deletes the item from my mouse

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a redstone clock activating a command block
2. Make the command block have the command: clear @p (Any item id here)
3.when trying to drag item it stops it from being dragged
