Since the new launcher, mods that need cores like "ChickenCore" doesn't work. For whatever reason, everytime people try to run the game with it, they get the error "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
It happens everytime people try to load the game with the new launcher. Funny part is, if you run the same game with an older launcher, it goes normally. No problem at all!

If the launcher isn't impacting on anything, how I can run the same version of minecraft with an older launcher?
It looks like the manifest for library files required by Forge is also specifying hash files to verify the library file. Some of these hashes appear to be missing (or the URL is incorrect). The Minecraft Launcher therefore cannot verify these libraries and deletes them. The 3rd party launcher may by skipping the hash check, which is why it works.

After messing with the pauncher and programs installed on my PC, I've discovered that the bug happens if you have Rivatuner running together with the new launcher. After closing Riva, the game loaded normally with all the mods enabled. If I run the game with the older launcher and riva, the issue doesn't happen.
"mods that need cores" - "cores" usually are just standard libraries that multiple mods by the same author use. The new launcher shouldn't make any difference, especially since this falls fairly far out of the realm of what the launcher does. This seems like it would be better suited for the forge issue tracker or the tracker for the individual mods, as load order is determined by forge and the mods themselves.
In any case, please post the crash report and/or client log; nothing can be diagnosed without it.
