I'm using the new 1.6 launcher. I've only used the previous launcher, as well as the Magiclauncher before. I started up the launcher, and pressed play. It got quite a ways in, and I took a nap so I don't know where it is. When I woke up, it stopped and the "Play" button was greyed out. In the development console, the message follows:

"Job 'Resources' finished successfully

I checked, the zip file that it mentions is not there, only the jar, json, and "1.6.1-natives-513450439310859" folder is there.
