Hello, well i want to play Minecraft but it does not work cause of trying to play offline errors cause of the launcher needs to download some files and it does not work offline but i restarted my PC more than 3 times, tryed to launch Minecraft, Nope! The Minecraft.net Service is healthy.Internet Connection is connected, no error with my Internet Connection.for example Google Chrome is working on my PC, or how i written this?please help or fix this!

Check whether Minecraft is able to access the internet without restrictions (firewall, antivirus etc).
