Using OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 on Mac. No antivirus, adware or VPN installed. Have gone down the entire list of incompatible software. Unable to download ANY VERSION. Continue to receive "Unable to download hit3.ogg". PLEASE DO NOT SAY IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED. This is for a MAC not Windows.
