[MCL-8518] Each time it's opened it changes position on screen.

Each time the launcher is opened it will open in a slightly different place on my screen sometimes going off the top of the screen. Even when having the windows nav bar on the bottom the launcher will still sometimes go off the top of the screen making all buttons to close minimise etc unavailable without moving it to will one half of the screen using shortcut keys.
