[MCL-8723] luncher won't start, black screen, no errors

Minecraft Launcher won't start, showing just blask screen, no error displayed, launcher screen won't close up.

Minecraft played last time 19.12.2017, from that time no installations, just windows update.

Graphic adapter up to date, java updated, Minecraft reinstalled - launchet dont download files into AppData\Roaming\.minecraft

Uploaded all files created in AppData\Roaming\.minecraft folder, no other files founded. Before reinstalling minecraft there was the same log file generated (with same error)

just for sure, in directory C:\Users\ACER\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft are just 2 files which I already uploaded, no other dirs or files
