After downloading the version with the launcher option set with a custom screen width, Minecraft snapshots seem to crash the game. The game icon (The Crafting table) never has time to show up.
Picture one, "Game Crash" shows us a second after the launcher closes for the game to launch.
Picture two "Minecraft Launcher quit unexpectedly shows up if I have "open output log when the game starts" set to on.
