[MCL-9001] not able to change skin on same computer

I wanted to change my skin settings in launcher, but when I tried I got this (might need to zoom on pic). This cant be Mojang.

sry for late reply... so I wanted to change some of my skins settings (gender specific, type, etc). but when I went into the skins tab I got that in the picture. I don't think that's mojang...
