I tried downloading 1.12.2 but the following massage shows up: Failed to download file. ar_sa.lang Im on mac so ByteFence etc. is not the problem can anybody help?

Im on Mac and none of the listed programs of the "incompatible softwares" are on my mac so it does not depend on those, please dont mark this as a duplicate, i dont know what to do:
