When going to the Skins tab, it prompts me to a security verification. The verification fails despite the information entered being correct. I click "Need Assistance?" which then pops up the Windows 10 prompt for "You'll need to open this app with mojang" and it doesn't know and cannot find an app called 'mojang'.
The 'Version ID' field here in JIRA seems to be at odds with the version I just downloaded.

In 2.0.1049 the URI https://help.mojang.com/?ref=launcher is opened in default browser
The verification of security question answers in the launcher works for me, so that's probably an issue with your account; please contact the Mojang customer support.
However, I can confirm that the "Need Assistance?" link in the launcher doesn't work properly as it seems to require an app called "mojang".
