[MCL-9298] (New) Minecraft launcher wont load up game

It just started about 2-3 weeks ago but the new mc launcher wouldn't open the game, i would try re running it but it would say that a game is already there. I've tried looking in task manager to see but nothing was there. I was able to run mc perfectly fine on the launcher but now it stopped, I tried re-installing and getting new java, nothing helped. I was able to run just normal 1.12.2 but it wouldn't go any further than than the Mojang screen. I downloaded Linux and used the old launcher and it runs everything perfectly fine except for some of the controls and no skins work. I hope i can get some kind of help here.

None of the versions will open up for me. I can't use mods and I have to wait weeks each time I close the game before I can have even an inkling of a chance to open it back up successfully. I think that it's because I have to force it closed with Task Manager since I can't close it regularly.
