Downloading the server i get this error, Please Help this bug might effect many people.

This is an error I am getting very often, from the past few snapshots actually. I have also been getting an issue when I run my server it just stops after loading the world. This is not an issue with ELU text as iv set this to true every time. Here is the error I get on my webrowser.
