Nothing appearing after I click play.

Okay, when i go into the minecraft launcher, I click play and of course, it loads up, but now, when I click play, nothing appears at all. When I try again, it says "Game Already Running...". For some more information, I installed Fortnite and have not played minecraft a day after that. I even checked task manager and says nothing is running. Everything else works but minecraft. I'm guessing it's from Fortnite, I could be wrong with that. Even tried reinstalling minecraft.
