the icon_16x16.png can not be downloaded and i don't know why
and i have no idea about this please help if this is a bug then here it is

I have the same problem. I had another problem with jna_3.4.0 but I fixed it by downloading Malwarebytes. Now it's icon_16x16.png that won't download.
