[MCL-9560] Unable to locate the Java runtime.

Im not sure what its asking for above when asking for "Affects Versions" hope i chose the right option....

The issue I am having is the launcher can't find the "Java runtime"

Error details: The system cannot find the path specified
Filename on disk: javaw.exe
Path: C:/Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe
Exists: false

I should also say I have uninstalled MC and Java and re-installed. And I use the latest snapshots. Trying to play the 1.13 pre 5. Game loads just fine in pre-4

Uninstall Minecraft
Reinstall Minecraft from https://launcher.mojang.com/download/MinecraftInstaller.msi
Do not install Java
Issue should be solved

I uninstalled both java and MC. Reinstalled MC ONLY, still get the same message.
