[MCL-9651] http://resources.download.minecraft.net/ad/ urls give 403, while other directories and https://resources.download.minecraft.net/ad/ urls succeed

This causes the launcher to fail whenever it loads a file in the ad directory.

They're saved in .minecraft/assets/ad directory.

Now I know that it's a proxy filtering the URL for *ad*, but if you'd be using HTTPS this wouldn't be an issue.

So, see this issue as a request to download the resources through HTTPS.

Where do you see that the launcher downloads the assets via http ?
I can only observe downloads via https, e.g.

That has been changed in the latest version.
