[MCL-9871] Minecraft Java Error: "Couldn't Intialise twitch stream"

Its says to " provide all of the necessary dll's as specified in the twitchsdk README." however ive tried searching for this file multiple times and cannot seem to find it, please help.

The errors read as follows

19:33:17	game		error	If on Windows, make sure to provide all of the necessary dll's as specified in the twitchsdk README. Twitch support was removed for Minecraft 1.9, thus invalid for this bug tracker, since only bugs for the newest release are accepted.
