I'm using the current version which minecraft 1.12 which I download for the game, then I install Forge ver 1.12.2-14.23.4.2757 and runs it as forge1.12.2-14.23.4.2757, i general the game always crash now when loading Java 8 181 your version is old btw and not recommended but you force us to use it!, with your new changes.
Secondly the new program you added is already out of date as they are burning new releases to stable at nearly twice a week, a very poor choice to use! considering that Microsoft insists on constantly updating everything rather it is good or bad!
Actually the game only crashed because I used Task Manager to close it down!

The problem starts in vanilla, before it is modified. when I go to modify it for the most part it fails because it doesn't see the memory I have. it see's the memory it expects, which is incorrect.. So I can't fully modify the game, do to the issue that vanilla is not seeing my memory as it is, but seeing what it expects. I can't set my cache big enough for the mods because of the error in vanilla!That is probably caused by the new program introduced between java and the game. which is already very out of date.. they just released 3.20 and will soon follow with 3.30. The issue exists before Forge is added! I'm playing in a solo game.. I'm not using the servers except the one in vanilla version.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
