No xp when getting Nether brick from furnace

No xp from smelting netherrack.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a furnace

2. Put fuel and netherrack in the furnace

3. Wait for the netherrack to smelt into nether bricks

4. Switch to Survival mode

5. Remove the nether bricks from the furnace

Observed Results:
The player receives no experience.

Expected Results:
The player should receive experience.
