[MCPE-100135] When close to a corner in Pocket Edition You are sometimes able to mine through the block and break a different one

While in an ocean monument I was trying to break out but instead broke two other blocks instead. Please fix our accuracy.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
