When you throw down an item on top of a monster spawner and then put any block on top of the spawner the item stays on top of the spawner and inside the block.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-41996, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. Spawners are not a full block high so there is "space" above them for blocks.
