If an observer detects ablock update it produces a constant power output, regardless of wether it's a solid or transparent block.

Observers are broken in Windows 10 PC Bedrock v1.16.100.56 Beta. It appears observers are always on, but the observer indicator is not on. This breaks most farms which use observers. This relates to MCPE-61978.
I can confirm. I also noticed that other detector blocks are also broken: Tripwire hook does not activate and detector rails activate only the first time.
