[MCPE-100430] Zombies and Creepers spawning in well lit areas

Zombies and creepers are spawning throughout my town no matter how well lit the area is, both inside and outside of buildings. Incredibly frustrating since I keep adding more and more torches and jack o lanterns everywhere and they keep spawning and killing my villagers in my fenced-in village. Mobs did not used to spawn in these areas and I have made no changes to them in months that would have changed the lighting to be darker. No idea how I am expected to take screenshots on a PS4 so i have attached some pictures of my TV sorry for poor quality

Please include screenshots that clearly show the lighting around where the mobs are spawning.
Also, unless you are playing in all of the Affected Versions you listed, please update that to the exact version you are using.

This is real it's on Windows 10 edition too. There were creepers spawning inside well light houses.

The areas need lit up more, their not lit up enough.
