throughout 600 hours of playtime on my survival world ive experienced any entity in the game is not safe no matter what it is or if there is a nametag on it, ive had multiple hopper minecarts despawn minutes after being placed, doors disapear randomly, mobs that are tied with leads disapearing leaving the lead texture on the fence with no mob, even villagers that were in a 2x2 hole have vanished earlier today
