[MCPE-10121] When players descend ladders on multiplayer, they still take fall damage

Anyone who descends ladders in multiplayer (except for the host) will take fall damage. This also happens on a iPad Mini 1 with iOS 8

This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-8742) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 51% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!
