The bug is that when the player has resource packs from the marketplace, the resource pack will display as a series of letters and numbers. It is much easier to see if you open the "Get More Packs" button in the resource packs or global resources menu

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
