[MCPE-101566] The Crimson Roots cannot generate in the Soul Sand Valley.

The Crimson Roots cannot generate on the surface of Soul Sand Valley now.

This is a new bug in the version of beta1.16.100.57 about Soul Sand Valley.

(To be honest, Mojang has worked hard👍. In order to fix the bug in the Soul Sand Valley of Bedrock Edition, they have gone through many twists and turns.)
