Basalt and Polished basalt can be instantly mined with an Efficiency 5 diamond or netherite pickaxe in Bedrock Edition. But it can't be in Java Edition.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enchant a diamond or netherite pickaxe with Efficiency 5
Place some basalt
Mine the basalt with the pickaxe
Observed Results:
The basalt is instantly mined.
Expected Results:
The basalt should not be instantly mined.
