Sound The Alarm Achievement Not Working

I am having this same problem, and this is what I have tried: ringing the bell after hitting a villager and having the golem agro on me, ringing the bell half a second after hitting a villager, triggering a raid and hitting the bell on all waves, moving the bell and ringing in different spots, having mobs come into the village to attack villagers and then ringing it, ringing the bell as a mob attacks a villager, and the are some others that I don't remember, but if I do, I will add a follow up comment.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?

I have had the same problem. I have the latest version (1.16.210) and am playing on a PC on a realm. I have received other achievements both before and after attempting to get the "Sound the Alarm" achievement. I rang the bell repeatedly throughout the raid and even when there were some villagers being attacked, it didn't work.

I'm xbox one player... I also tried everything: I hit the villager, I did raid, I even tried with zombies and it wasn't working. I've got 109/111 achivements and I really want to have it done...
I play on 1.16.221 

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.2)? If so, could you please record a video of you attempting to unlock the achievement and attach it to this ticket? We've managed to unlock it on multiple xbl accounts and might need more information to reproduce the bug.
