the game sound is not working why ?? and the Jukebox is also not working does not sound

Do you have sound on? Hit Win+G and find audio. Check there.

Also check in settings in audio and check if it's correct.

Mais but I play on Minecraft Mcpe and not on Java

Are you playing on PE? If you are on PE then you have to download the music pack in the marketplace to hear music.
