The issue which occurred while I was trying to check my achievements, I noticed my Hours Played was 0 but yet I have 70/111 achievements completed, so obviously I have a lot of hours.

Ah, my bad I couldn't find 1.16.20 so I tapped the nearest version. Would this mean it will be fixed next update.
Are you sure this affects 1.16.100.59 Beta? This should be fixed in 1.16.100.59 Beta (see MCPE-66331).
