'query.relative_block_has_any_tag' only works when the tag has been added in the 'component's section of the block, but not on tags added inside a permutation.
PS: query tested inside an animation controller, works fine when the tag has been added in the components section, but not when added inside a permutation.

@ambient I know it was initially for entities. But there are so many posibilities if it gets added to blocks as well. Since it is a block query, I would think it would be supported by blocks. I don't think there's any reason why it should not be added to blocks.

I think this works as intended because it is supposed to be run from entities
