Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a minecart on a rail.
2. Ride on it.
3. Notice that the minecart moved after you ride on it.

I can confirm this also in 0.12.1 build 13. I thought only power rails make the mine cart move? Not sure if this is intended or a bug.

I've resolved this as a duplicate of MCPE-11105 only because that ticket contains the more general case. This bug is likely related to the fact that collision pyhsics and triggering have been temporarily disabled in MCPE.
