Skins reset to default Steve when switching accounts

When switching accounts the game does not and will not save skins. 

I have two accounts that I use on my Xbox one x. 

 1) for main game purchases

 2) for mc bc it has all my mc data.

  I play all but two games on my main account but only two on my second with Minecraft being one of those. The issue is when I switch to my second account to play. The game loads up and Everytime it does, when I switch accounts unsure when rebooting it, it defaults the skin to Steve but keeps cape and emotes. Making me have to re-equip the skin(which is the noctis skin from final fantasy XV). 

I have also noticed that the game will load up fine but won't do the "syncing account" until I do some tinkering with the menu's.

I've only noticed this to happen to Xbox. Doesn't affect win10 unsure about others.
