i can´t place crimson stem hyphae, it apparently glitches

Here´s the thing, i was trying to make a construction which uses crimson stems and suddenly, the game started bugging with the hyphae one, i was trying to place it but the game glitches and does not place it. I tried the same thing in other world and it apparently does place, so this happens only in my survival world. Is there anything possible to fix this issue? thanks 🙂
