A few bugs with controller support

Following issues on Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300

BUG 1: Main menu A button overlapping B button

BUG 2: Sneaking does not make player go lower

BUG 3: Controls for the controller are not mapped properly for example Square is used for jump when X should be

BUG 4: Start and Select on the PS3 controller are not considered buttons and are unable to be mapped

BUG 5: When pressing RIGHT or DOWN on DPAD are not mapped correctly they will only go down or up once then you are unable to press them again.
