For some reason, no matter it is in Realm or my own BDS hosted on a VPS, as long as I am afk-ing for more than 20 mins (uncertain) by not having the focus in the game, I will get the message "disconnected from server".
I have checked and made sure the idle-kick timer is set to zero, but this always happens. Any ideas?

First of all, it is certainly not resolved, far from it. Why flag it even before I have responded?
No, I did not keep the window active. Why do I need to keep the window active? I can't leave the game open while I work on something else? And in my own server? This is completely erroneous. If you don't already know, Java edition does not share this bug.

Resolved does not mean fixed. We use Awaiting Response when we have asked for more information. We don't have any way to know if we will get a reply or not (often we never do). Tickets with this resolution automatically reopen.

Does it work if you keep the game window as "active"? You might have to do that to keep it from disconnecting due to inactivity.
