I downloaded a marketplace worlds and worked on it for 2 years and I'm not getting any of the updates since the update that include the honey and bees. when others worlds have all of the updates on them.

If it's a world from like 2019 and haven't been updated for the Nether Update (or newer if your seeing this in 2021) then those worlds will never get the new items until the owner updates the pack manually.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-53693, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
