Summary: Flower pots break when removing the block that it is placed on making hanging potted plants decor impossible.
Steps to reproduce: Place a solid block, place a flower pot on top of it and break the solid block. The pot will pop off and drop as an item.
Expected Behaviour: The pot should remain floating
Observed Behaviour: The pot breaks and drops as an item.

Also the pot placed with the /setblock command stays in the air as long as the adjacent blocks are not updated. If certain events like sugarcane growing or a block placed next to it, the pot pops off and drops as an item.
