I can’t play Minecraft without immediately crashing

Whenever I try to play Minecraft it crashes, I have restarted my phone plus deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, it works when I’m on a different account so it might be a Xbox problem but i don’t know who to report this too, by the way App Store says it’s 1.16.50 but it won’t let me choose that so I did the closest thing
