Note: This happens in the update released to Amazon Appstore on September 4th, 2015, not Beta Build 13

When sneaking in the new 0.12.1 update released on Amazon Appstore as well as Windows 10 Edition's 0.12.1 with a skin using the clothing layer, both the clothing layer and skin layer are visible.
