In PC Splash Water Bottles put out fires. However, in PE/Win10, they don't. Can you specify if this is a bug or a missing feature?

This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-10035) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 51% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!
