In my sugarcane farm. The hoppers below the grass or dirt block isnt sucking in the sugarcane when it is broken by the piston from the observer getting a block update, when the sugarcane grows, sending a redstone signal to the piston to break the sugarcane but doesnt get collected by the hopper below the grass or dirt block connected to the chest. PLEASE FIX THIS.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-19075, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
